"Music We Love with People We Love"

Crescenloe was founded in 2015 by Nyla Smith who had a vision of what could be created by pulling together some of Enloe's most talented singers and good-hearted people, to form an A Cappella group she named Crescenloe. And after many years of developing the group and exploring what Crescenloe is as a whole, we have discovered our voice and meaning.

This powerful high school A Cappella group is now one of the finest in the Raleigh area. In 2020, Crescenloe won 1st place at the International Competition for High School A Cappella (ICHSA) quarterfinals in Elon, NC, where Liyana Falvey won an award for best soloist and Meghan King won an award for best vocal percussionist. Each member plays a vital role in the group, contributing their own unique voice to the mix and creating a fuller sound that we are so grateful to share with others.

What does Crescenloe have that so many other A Cappella groups don’t? Besides our trademark blend and distinctive style, shining passion for music, and the special friendship we share, Crescenloe is committed to spreading love and appreciation for music in our community and the world.
